When I click on Specialisation tech editor crashes. Same with tech icons. No error code appears. I use Windows 10 x64 (6GB DDR2 an Xeon L5430). Last version of your tech editor. Language of system and game is cyrillic (Ukrainian/Russian). Please help, editing techs in text editor is toooo time consuming. Thanks
