Mouse freeze every 10 seconds in Multiplicity Stardock Forums

As of about 2 months ago, my mouse cursor freezes almost exactly every 10 seconds for about 1.5 seconds on all my PC's. I currently run Multiplicity 3 KVM ($40 version) with 4 other PC's connected to it using seamless. All PC's are running windows 10 (64bit). About 2 months ago I started experiencing it on 1 pc, a while later it started on another PC, and now it's happening on all secondary PC's.
