Economic starbase modules would just increase the economy for those planets in their sector, so they wouldn't help as much as you'd think. The illuminati are back in the top ten. All I had to do was just submit my OLD beyond human game. I gotta say, that movie sequence is my definate favorite.

Also, the recruiting has started working. We already got one new member, even if he has 0 points.
We hold so little territory(1%) on the galactic map that we must be a minor race or something. But that doesn't matter, because we're really controlling all of the empires behind their backs. As for contacting treylis, next time I put up a mod, I'll put TREYLIS COME POST IN THE ILLUMINATI THREAD in the description. If he checks the library, he'll notice for sure.
It means "to the stars through difficulties" but difficulties can be interpreted several different ways.
In my current game they broke out. Eventually they went chasing after an altarian corvette and left me alone. A couple years later, I found them at the edge of altarian space, destroying my arriving freighter paths. (:(
Yeah, I also need to finish the game I'm on, it should be worth a ton of points. I should be able to finish it this week but I wont be able to submit it. I've been on trips for the past week and I'm leaving for another trip tomorrow.
When I play gal civ on my home computer, a Pentium 900MHZ with 256 MB of ram and it strangley runs really slowly, even on a tiny galaxy. On my laptop, a Pentium 2.2 GHZ :) with 256 MB ram it runs just peachy, except sometimes when i'm loading a gigantic universe far into the game.
I think i'll start that thread as soon as we show up on the empire map...
I think your right about the life seeding PQ bonus. I'm gonna reduce the bonus to 5%. I dont like seeing earth as a purple planet. Also, my next improvement pack should be up soon. And thanks so much for the gal civ writer Hawaii. :D
