Is there a table where I can find information (e.g., resource cost, wage increment) about weapons/armor/etc...? Maybe installation folder of the game? Thanks in advance

Hello, Bought the game a few days ago on Steam, I love it. But it looks like Capitar units do not get the lucky trait. Definitely not graphically, it does not show up anywhere. Not sure about the actual bonuses. I thought I'd report this.
