Reply to Suggestion: Show potential sellers in technology-Screen in GalCiv III Future Ideas GalCiv3 Forums

I too like tech trading... this is ultra annoying going to trade screen back to technology screen.... its even more difficult coz the technologies arn't listed alphabetically in the trade screen. I'd love to see what each highlight over a technology and see who has it... I would even accept that you had to have good relations with a race (maybe as part of research treaty?) that enables your technology tree to view other races researched technologies
