no but they are easily obtained. lvl 20 is lvl cap, and lvl 15 to lvl 20 can be obtained usually in every game.

On that would be awesome to have something like that here in the US. I could see tons of class action suits lol. And the whole thing about games being arguably more difficult to code now adays, I know ppl have said this alot and it comes from the industry most likely. I really don't agree with it because back in the dos/apple prompt os (forgot what it was called) days there was not a whole lot of toolkits back then, well maybe toward the middle of win3.1 era, so alot mo

Sweet I guess i need to go over the items more ;). Yes and I agree the AI needs better scripts, they are basically retards with extra resources. Most games with AI, the AI actually does some work toward the greater good of the task. And AI should work together even if they are AI on your team. Had to add another AI rant :) Single player would be a much more enjoyable if AI actually had some decent scripts. As it is now single player after 1 day or so even

only favor points and favor items should be saved, but there is some bugs here so thats not working. Favor Points and items should also be different from single player and multiplayer

Actually companies releasing beta in a pretty little ribbon called a release has been going on since before eq1. There has also been a good amount of these that actually are never fixed. The company just states that due to other efforts and the lack of popularity/sales of this game we can no longer support it. This all started alittle after the stores quit refunding opened game software, which later expanded to all open media shortly after. There is a major lack of reprocussions or

I have played single player for 20+ hrs and I have played mp games some. But I dont know anything about this capture lock on flags what is it and where in the UI can you select it? Now I have only played 3 demigods so far, is it a rook only or something feature? Sorry if its a stupid question, but seriously I consider myself a fast learner and never even heard of this.

I agree and I like the additions from kribby also. The intro movies usually have an in game option to skip them at least for games made since about 2 yrs ago. I dunno when I was young (teens early 20ties) i lived to see the intro movie when I first got the game installed. Now I don't remember a single intro movie I have watched in the last 5 years. Either I escape immidiately through them if you can't skip them I go do something else and come back later to a main menu.
As a new player, I gotta leave the comment that this is the most useless tip thread for new players I have ever seen. As a new player, the biggest tip is most probably not to play with this guy, or others like him.
Probably the best advice to Agent of Kharma from a new player to boot :)

yes this whole win % is very confusing, I mean someone had to lose for someone to win lol. I like the % played though.. The whole trying to balanced based off stats yes very scary indeed. I just hope its not what they are trying to do.

someone mentioned an auto reconnect or something like that which I think should be high up on the list of things to fix also. Would solve all the trying to get into said game something happens have to scrub and restart. Even if it is a simple of automating the whole click here to patheon, skirmish, ect.. Least it will save a click at that point you can just go off and watch tv or something till you hear the sound of the match starting. This will save alot of fustration of sitting and click jo

I guess no one has said this yet so, my main concern is if we start connecting ppl by region then your ladder stats are never going to be a true representation of the skill of the community. Just one example very basic one, it actually gets alot more messed up if you think more into this, say top ranked player is in US and say the 2nd ranked player is in Europe if you start connecting by region then they will never have a chance to play against each other or tegether on the same team. Now thi

gamestop released the game what i think 2 days may have been 3 days early. The new multiplayer engine was thrown in at the last minute frogboy even said as much. Yes if you take the released product and add all the pirates it did look pretty bad, but if the multiplayer engine was not so much in a raw state then that wouldn't even been noticed... and by frogboy talking about limiting connections by region just proves how much their multipler engine is still having problems. I a

favor items are just a very small part of the game. Patheon is still very good to group up against ppl and fine tune your skills and experience with the game so when these bugs are finally worked out that your not at a disadvantage of learning curve as of everyone else that is still playing online.
Without those 100,000+ thieves, day 1 would have been smoother (albiet not perfect, but much better). There is no denying this, and therefore the only conclusion is pirates *did* in fact have a negative effect on the game and potentially attributed to lower review scores.
I still rather think by looking at things from all sides. My initial thought still holds true, of if stardock released at a stable multiplayer and didn't throw in the multiplayer engine
If gameranger works with p2p then why does it work but the official multiplayer gives problems?
because its like playing on a lan. You don't have patheon and such just the game options under lan mode.
I did, and the FACT is over 100,000 pirates trying to connect on day one certainly had a major effect on the situation. Doesn't mean Stardock and GPG are innocent in this, but had there not been 100,000 thieves ripping off the product those issue would not have been anywhere as pronounced.
So the following patches after the first patch were not for multiplayer fixes? Is multiplayer fixed now... Why is frogboy talking about limiting connectivity to regions.... Ya right t

I don't think rewards for the losing side is the way to go. This is a competative game and to get rewards for losing just doesn't seem right to me. I know I wouldn't want charity if I was losing.. and all in all its just a game win/lose its fun and enjoyable. Just don't give up I have been in some awesome comeback games. I also have been in some games where it looked like my side didn't have a chance but toward the end we actually pushed back alittle before getting slaughtered :) I think that

I have seen it also with target self and target other. I also seen some pathing issues in every game. They maybe all related to pathing, but I didn't beta test so my knowledge is behind the curve on this. Just something to look at.

I think this thread has made me laugh most today ;) I agree ppl are calling for way to much way to soon before the game has even gotten stable with multiplayer. I can image there is alot of ppl that haven't had a decent playing experience yet. How can ppl call for nerfs before they have played at least say 100 games and thats just putting an abritrary figure on something that really only skill and experience will dictate per an individual.

quiting a game before its actually over is just bad karma. I hope I never have to surrender, but I'm not going to argue the fact with my teammates either that equals to bad karma also :)
