Aerion/DrAtomic, I think you're focusing on one aspect of my point. Even having a sovereign being able to teleport doesn't replace the ability to cast spells in defense of a city. If the AI played as well as a human, I doubt that any city defenses would hold against a blizzard with a +10 initiative sovereign. The only thing keeping me from roflstomping every city is how long it takes to get there. What's frustrating is having a city well-sh

I just really miss being able to cast spells/summon fire elementals to defend cities. Right now, if a city gets hit by a wandering monster early, I just lose the city. Late game, it's easy to have a huge stack of units that can just stomp through any city guards. It feels very un-fun trying to defend cities. Sins has the same problem... either I split my army up among the entry points to the empire and still get rofl-stomped by a single big army,
Resolving by changing the menu to weaknesses/etc and shifting back.
I just won a fight with my sovereign and got a nifty item, so I pressed E before I realized that the active unit had shifted to a pioneer. Crash.
Hard is crushing me as well. It's very difficult to expand because there are such strong monsters nearby.
I would very much like the option of having this pop-up as well.
There is some Z-fighting going on along the coast. I uploaded a picture showing it. I'm running an Nvidia GTX 460. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/407/zfighting.jpg/
When reloading a save, hero movement is reset to 2 (even if it should be higher) During combat, the green bar of health is not updated when a character is hit. During start of combat, if you have control, mousing over the enemy does not show its statistics.
Must have been the validation servers. FE is working again.
I'm getting the "login failed" message after the last crash. Entering my Elemental/Stardock login/password isn't working. I've tried both my login handle and my email address, and neither is working.
I reproduce that nearly 100% of the time by lowering mountains in a large range. Once I lower a single point, the rest of the mountains disappear.
Multiple Nvidia cards, pretty recent drivers, Win7. I prefer playing with the cloth map only, which I either enable or by setting the cloth map threshold to 100 (or 0, whichever). Manually save a game, or even just pull up the menu, when I close the menu (closing or by saving), the world is 3d again and no objects appear on the map anywhere. The only way to fix it is by reloading the save.
