Can't submit to Metaverse! in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Is there a step by step guide to getting a score posted on the Metaverse. I've created my account and registered and all of that noise, but still don't get a submit button. Help! Tim

I hate it when I start up a game and have an opponent in my starsystem. I would like a minimum of 5 sectors between each race at startup. >:(
