Nice to hear about the expansion. I just hope they find the time to give the AI more love.
I just captured the city in the Shroud, Deocr.. something. The city has no influence and the area around it remains in then wildlands color. I've got saves from before and after in case they are of help.
FE isn't getting the same complaints as WoM did but is that because the people that left WoM behind haven't come back to try FE? I don't know.
Nope, it's because FE is way better than WoM was. I played WoM and didn't like it, but I'm enjoying FE immensely.
Umm.. NanakoAC gave quite an accurate description. The outpost thing is a bug and will hopefully be fixed soon.
I agree with sweatyboatman here. I guess the knowledge and skills of an assassin regarding good time & place to strike also enables him to time & aim his spells better. Besides, being the best mage requires more than just critical hit chance, therefore assassins are not de facto best mages.

Basically, the limitation is that each body type / skeleton requires its own set of clothing, armor, etc.
I'd like it, would be interesting to see poll results. And I'd be willing to pay for it too. I wonder if it would be possible to cut down a bit on the

I'd easily pay way more than $5 for classic fantasy races like elves etc.
Anything that doesn't look like a differently colored human would be nice.. I know it's hard to do, just saying it's something I would gladly pay for.
The first CK was one of my all-time favorites. I liked the second one but I've been waiting not only for this expansion but for a few patches to go in afterward. Are things stable and balanced or no?
CK 2 was rather exceptional for a Paradox game in that it was pretty stable and polished right out of the gate. And now it's only gotten better. I recommend you get it if you liked the first CK.

An update was released four days ago, how often do you need your updates? https://forums.elementalgame.com/435790

Doesn't mean we didn't teach manners and such, we run a pretty strict shop. But judging or trying to decide for your kid what he wants is out. Trojasmic: [e digicons]:D[/e]
This could explain Tujdy's observation of an AI building a city in a swamp spot which was previously unfertile.
If the AI is improved and the difficulty settings actually make for a challenging game, then that will make all the difference!
Yeah, AI is the only thing holding me back from DW. I've bought the game and expansions, but the lack of challenge is boring.
For comparison, after having played Civ 5 and Xcom with well implemented movement paths, it's hard to imagine playing those games without the paths shown at all. In addition to the path, they also highlight the areas you can move to in one turn, a feature that has been around for quite some time and was one of the things that made the first Panzer General so accessible and successful.
Second the request.
A second Wow! post in a row. Really sweet!
Great job! Thank you :)
Congrats! Let's hope after a while Abrielle will be playing Elemental:XII with my now 5 month old :-)
It's good to connect faces to the names we see on the forums. Hopefully that will make posting somewhat more civil, knowing there's an actual person on the other end. Thank you for making FE and giving it to me and the others who preordered WoM. I really do appreciate it. I'll dig out my pewter dragon from the collector's box to watch me play FE on the release day. High time he got out of his prison ;-)
Yah, the ball effect should work pretty well with all those Amarian spikes :p Thanks for the info. Would be nice, but very low priority to have the UI say something more informative than "casting a spell". "Ability activated", etc.
Hi! Great job on the new version, really loving it. Started a game with Porcupine, cast some buffs and summoned a unit. Then attacked a monster and when the combat started, my sovereign instantly cast some spell without me doing anything. The spell was called Legacy of something. Can't remember what. I checked my spellbook after the combat and I don't even know such a spell.
Sorry to sound pessimistic, but you do know you're talking about the guy who produced, directed and wrote the Wing Commander movie?
