Brad, Please never lose your passion and love for the games you make. You've recognized what went wrong here, but don't let that destroy your subjective relationship to said games. It can't all be about management. Hitting the right balance in life is hard for everyone. I am probably more excited about Elemental's future now than I was a year ago.
