What the title says. I can see all AI homeworlds through the FOW scattered around the map at the start of the game. This is either a bug, or the Thalans (whom I'm playing) have some kind of special ability...

These f*ckers are EVERYWHERE (default setting). Everywhere I look there is a damn pirate base. They *chase* my ships and kill them. They assault my starbases. They even attack my PLANETS! Man, they are aggressive sods. I'm toning them down next game.

Note the 2 glitchy icons in the planet list - one too small and one way too large... This came from a saved game I just loaded.
