Hi Heavenfall, I was interested in doing this as well but may need a modding for dummies as I couldn't get this to work. I am trying to get my champion to be able to summon a particular level 1 hero on his first turn. Would I use the code above? Do I add that code to the "unit" file for my sovereign? Where do I put the "cooldown" in the code above? Thanks for any help!

I would love to see dynasties returned as well so want to give my full throat-ed, unequivocal endorsement. I remember the team saying early on that the Game of Thrones was one of their inspirations for the game and it was that feel and flavor of having a royal dynasty that you could see grow and evolve and come to care about they were trying to capture I think with the dynasty system. If implemented properly, I think it could really add some intrigue and soul to the game.

Yes, also wanted to register my feedback for bringing back the dynasty system. I get the focused approach to the game play and are glad to see the team focusing on things that make the game fun. But imo dynasties were alot of fun, so I hope that is a feature the team considers adding back in.

I'd rather see a roughly written but polite and constructive post from a non-native English speaker (or a native English speaker for that matter), than an ugly, angry rant in stellar English anyday.
It might be cool to be able to send your young children to another country for a time. Might be cool if you fall in relation to another country they then use your child as a bargaining chip. In medieval times kings would often keep children of other lords under their "protective" care to ensure the loyalty of other lords and such. The same could happen with other kings sons and daughters as well.
This is a good idea. George RR Martin writes about th
With the two gentlemen marrying each other I vote no. If someone wants to make a mod then let them, but please don't push that on everyone else. I could make a lot of explanations as to why I don't want to see this but I think I will keep it simple and just ask politely that you don't include that in the game. Besides that issue, I am loving the naming of the units. I would love to play multi-player and kill someone with an army of buttons.
I un

I like the idea in CIV IV where you have workers who are able to build many things - not just roads: forts, farms, mines, irrigation, other improvements. Some Mods to CIV IV, in particular Fall From Heaven and some mod mods to FFH did took the concept further - similiar to what is suggested in some of the posts above - for example, giving workers stats and attributes so they could have hit points and also make them promotable so you could choose promotions to add to their stats (+10% wo
