Having the same issue. When entering my epic games details I get the following error message: "I'm sorry, an error has occurred while trying to validation your information. Please try again or contact [email protected] for assistance."
Just for those who encounter my problem...have to completely uninstall(even though it said 2.29), delete the Program Files/Stardock directory(losing what I had downloaded) and then reinstalling latest Stardock Central.

They have been reduced I believe...I use to get quite a number of them, now I get maybe max 2-5 per game. ~SDC~
Some times the event can be a bad thing when you get it...one time I recieved I believe 75(a number around there anyways) corvettes, and it killed my still in the very beginning stages economy. :( ~SDC~
I have noticed in one game where I made all races Pure Good, that the Drengin still demanded money to keep peace, then when everyone went broke they basically conquered the entire galaxy. Actually, I have yet to see a game where the AI wins without a military victory but maybe that is just me and my constant losing...I will beat the sub-normal AI! :p ~SDC~
Well, you can always turn off cultural victory when you start the game, unfortunately impossible once you have started the game. ~SDC~
Honestly, I am not sure. The Drengin in one game took five of my planets in three turns. I do agree there is room for improvement(although maybe this is just the difficult I am playing at currently, sub-normal), I have numerous times seen unescorted transport ships. Even combat transports should be escorted since once you get to the point of having those alot of the times you also have dreadnaughts or at least battle cruisers which can take those out. I just can't see what I could be
Games aren't taking again. :( I really can't explain it, I haven't changed anything at all since the last game I submitted, I haven't even installed the new update that was released tonight. *scratches head* ~SDC~
Once you finish a game and are on the Summary screen, once you hit done if you are connected to the net it will bring up a screen allowing you to submit your score. If your not connected to the net it drops right back to the main menu as far as I have been able to tell. Hope that helps. ~SDC~
Actually, I was just looking around in the Data files directory for the game, and found the CoreEvents.EVENT file which is just plain text. Monster.ship also has the stats fr the Space Shark. Unfortunately alot of the other events like the minor races, etc I can't find anywhere in the files so I assume there hard coded into the game and uneditable. :( ~SDC~

I think there really has to be something done about the random events, perhaps somekind of definition of when certain random events can take place...early, mid, or late game. Just my opinion of course. :) ~SDC~
I feel that some of them are going way overboard. Some of the more powerful random events should only happen later on in the game where people at the very least have a chance. I can't count the number of times early on I have been crushed easily. I remember one game where I was in a tiny universe and on the fifth turn or so I believe(maybe of been a little later) the Drengin got the random event that boost there planets quality. Aye, the minor races don't seem to operate along the same lines the major races do. The major races can be handled if your doing well. In 75% of my games the minor races are more of a problem than the major races. *shrugs* Hopefully they tune down the minor races a bit and make the random events a wee bit better. ~SDC~
It is also working for me now...but I don't have a clue why. I basically gave up on it but just did a game tonight (tried going for a tech victory but the drengin decided they wanted a wee bit of war going on, finally wiped me out when I wouldn't give them 2930 credits. :( Honestly, I am not sure what is happening here but I am glad it is working. No, I did the download option and am having major problems. I have verified that the data is leaving my PC(or at least attempts to send it) when I hit submit, but for some reason it just isn't getting to Besides for a few crashes and the metaverse problems I am enjoying the game quite a bit. :) ~SDC~

Aye, I have been through the three ones that I have found on the subject, tried everything including reinstalling both the game and stardock central. Also, have tried registering for metaverse numerous times. I have pretty much run out of things to try so I am waiting to see if this will be addressed in any manner. (Also, ZoneAlarm did ask for permission to send data when I hit submit so the game is doing what it should, it just isn't being recieved it appears). An

I have done the same thing with numerous different games(should be about seven), registered numerous times with the Metaverse, tec. No dice yet. :( ~SDC~
If you use stardock central to get the bonus pack there is no bonus pack file to click on it is installed automatically. *is very confused* ~SDC~
