FYI, I updated to the latest build when i saw there was a newer one, Start11_2.7.3.0-j302-Setup.exe, and the problem (at least on my ARM system) reverted to happening again. So I went back to the j299 build and it works fine again.

I can confirm that for my ARM64 system this build fixed the problem, Thanks!
And also, I just checked my other computer which is an i9, and it has the same problem, so it doesn't seem to be ARM-related. similarly, when I diable the Start11 taskbar features, it works fine.
FYI, in case it it some incompatibility you need to look at (rather than something broken in the windows preview itself). Using the Start11 taskbar, the little caret doesn't do anything, and so there's no way to access the hidden items in the traybar drawer thing. It works fine if I turn off Start11 handling the taskbar. Windows 64 ARM in case that matters.
Thanks, so far this seems to have fixed the problem. I have not yet changed the settings/config back to what I had before (just using the default settings)...I'll do that and report back after a few days.
For the past few weeks, every time my system wakes from sleep, the Start10 menu is open and non-responsive. In order to use the start button (and to remove the open Start10 UI that is taking up half my screen), I have to kill and restart the Windows Explorer process thread.
Thanks for posting this fix so quickly! Works fine.
