Also have similar problem. The text is just too small for me to read esily on the UI. I have a 21" monitor with 1080p resolution and I have to run at a lower resolution or I'm having to get really close and strain my eyes to read all the text. Have to say it puts me off playing past the tutorial at the moment. Hoping for a fix in the future.
