Hi, Over a year ago (or pehaps two years) I bought 'Galactic Civilisation 2: Ultimate Addition' over Steam. At the time I wasn't required to register the game to an account. After awhile I decided to play the game again, but this time I needed to register the product and I get a message saying the serial number is in use. And I know I've never made a Stardock account before, neither have I registered the game before. Eventually I gave up trying trying to fix
