I'm just curious, how many people think that Mike Huckabee's call to replace the Constitution with Biblical law was rational? I mean we are including Leviticus, right? That is the origin of most of the commandments against homosexuality. Does it also follow that we again legalize slavery? Animal sacrifice? Stoning to death of blasphermers? My point is that neither Republicans nor Democrats are very good at distancing themselves from the lunatic fringe.
