I ran Fences for years on my previous computer (Windows 10), and the icons stayed on L when it was turned off. That is what I want. On the new computer (Windows 11), the icons move when I turn off L. I want all the icons to say put on the monitor they are put on, like they did before.

They return to L.

I thought I was clear on what’s happening, but let me explain more: I have three monitors. Let’s call them L(eft), C(enter), and R(right). C is my main monitor that I always use. L & R are used for various needs, sometime just one additional monitor, sometime both. My fences are on monitor L, where I want them to always stay (as they did on my previous computer). With all three monitors on, that is where the fences will be. If I turn
I just got a new computer. I am running a three monitor setup. On the previous computer, fences and icons a placed on a specific monitor stayed there, did not move another monitor if I shut that monitor off. That is what I want, but it's not working. I have checked "store my layout on a per-monitor-configuration basis', but that's not working. What is wrong here.
I have a three monitor setup. Main monitor (#1) always in use, #2 usually in use, #3 used only part time. Without Fences running, a download appears on the #1 monitor, as it should. With Fences running, the download is on monitor #3, which means I usually have to turn on #3 to find the download. Can this be fixed (other than making a Fence just for downloads)?
