I have the exactly same problem. Happens on an Asus UL Series Notebook (Win 7 64 bits), with Geforce G210M, and the drivers provided by asus. There are no recent drivers updates for this gpu, and the Nvidia ones won't install on the Notebook (requires Asus drivers). However, in my Desktop, with a Geforce GT 9600 drivers 196.21 and Windows 7 (64 bits), the game runs just fine. Forgot to say, playing in only cloth map also doesnt work . No need to reboot, Alt+Tab and closing the windows

I think it's a very good idea, but I would prefer a system with benefits/penalties. For example: +10% defense, -5% training, -5% attack. This way the player would have to think about the tradeoff, and think a little more about making decisions and plan for the future in the game.

Hi everyone! Longtime reader, first poster here! I must say that i'm reaaally looking forward to this game! Being a Tolkien geek as I am, I'm thrilled about the cloth map, and the LoTR mod that surely is on the minds of the modders. I also would like less cartoony icons, but I think that is probably subject to change. I would love the infinite research tree, but, as several posts said, it wouldnt be so nice if the improvements are infinitesimal. Cheers! PS: cou
