I'm seeing the same behavior after updating to patch 1511, haven't been able to play the game since. Any hope there'll be a fix?

I'm having the same issue, ever since updating to the most recent windows 10 build 1511. I too have steam installed on a different HD than the OS and have tried uninstall/reinstall to no avail. Hopefully there's a fix soon for this.

I am having same issue, started after I updated windows 10 to build 1511 and updated my AMD graphics driver. I start the game and steam says it's running, but it doesn't do anything. Hopefully they find a fix for this soon.
