I am using the immersion and cos mods..... immersion allows you to build walls at level 1 no matter what the city advance. but for some reason the hedge wall does not appear.. do they require a special resource or anything cause im thinking because of immersion you should be able to make from the start... can someone help me find a way to make from start like all other cos races? thank you! :)
