Ah, Thanks Hark0nen and Primal, turns out there was another CoreAbilities lingering in the mods folder. I thought I was being meticulous installing Xtra Deconstruct, making sure to double check all the deactivation and components, but I guess I didn't do a good job of flushing out older mods first.

Hello there, new to XtraDeconstruct and enjoying the exciting new features so far. I've been playing for a few hours and keeping a list of errors/typos/missing info and will post them all together in the near future. @abob, !!! just deleted the JB_CustomshardsNewBook.xml from the mods folder and clay pits and shadow/beast/battle/nature shards now!!! WOhoo! That's what I was thinking at first, but I re-rolled like 5-6 other maps just to test walking around in all of them to see, and I could never find one again. Even on dense resources, it shouldn't take more than a few turns to find at least one on any given random gen map.

Is it just me or are clay pits no longer showing up on randomly generated maps? Ever since I uprgrade to v0.5, I never see them anymore [e digicons]>_>[/e] (note: I don't use CoS, could that be the issue?).
