Another poster suggested reverting the settings to default. i deleted the prefs file under C:\Users\ \Documents\My Games\LegendaryHeroes and do have to say it along with choosing a smaller map have made a huge difference in stability. No crash in the game so far today even with the 1.7 GA release. Prior to this, I couldn't get more than a few rounds with it crashing to desktop or hanging at the end of the turn.

I am experiencing many end of turn crashes as well, two types... one, where it just hangs and doesn't accept the end of turn (I just save and reload) and the elemental experienced a problem box which closes the game.
