1.1 BUG I can cast 3 spells on my capital even though it only has 2 essence

I actually also manage to cast 3 but the 3rd spell dont seem to have an effect on the city?

I ran into the bug as well with the dwarf hero, doubled the dodge chance after being webbed by some white spider(infestor?) Edit* Attacked some more white spiders and my hero dwarf and troup of bards dident loose the bonus dodge after the fight.....the ogres and riders did not gain any bonus dodge afterwards...seem it affect only hero and named units? Also this is with a game after 1.1 patch
