email change affecting upgrade in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

Hi, I've been using Fences for years. I was looking at adding Multiplicity. Checking out the versions and prices, I could see I was offered an upgrade price. Separately, I changed my email to my new one. All fine, except now the upgrade offer has vanished. Is this correct and will the email change now affect my Fences renewal when it comes up?
