Could you guys tell me if your faulting module name is "MSVCR80.dll" ? If you check in the action center (that flag on the bottom right in your taskbar) Open action center choose maintenance view reliability history click on row with red x and locate Elemental: Legendary Heroes (listed by date, search for whenever you had Legendary heroes crash) right click and choose view technical details look for faulting mo

So what do we all have in common? It doesn't look like hardware because mine is different also. I have been working with 2 different techs on my issue but to no avail yet. I am on windows 7 64 bit 16 GB ram Nvidia Geforce GTX 660
