I am bit confused on whether some effects are global and cumulative or local. Namely: 1) town food buildings bonus (e.g. +5 food per grain). If you have 10 towns with all this +5 building. Will you get +50 food per grain in all your cities ? 2) Commander bonus: +20 to army accuracy / + 10% experience. Is it only for the army in which the commander is fighting or is it worlwide ? 3) The town building that gives +5% to army health points (or 3...). Is it applied to all f
