top mods for fe:lh 1.8? in Legendary Heroes Elemental Forums

Which mods do you recomend using for 1.8. It seems a lot of mods do not support the latest update.

Played a bunch of The civ4 mod master of mana. Its a further development of ffh2 and it is imo The best of The ff2 based mods. Also I think it is still being developed.

I also returned resently after a long absence (1.3). The game seems much improved and the commitment stardock has to this game is very impressive. My biggest problem with the game is the strategic ai. When it declares war it does not always attack and sometimes its cities keep building improvements instead of troops. I wish the AI was more aggressive

You could also make a counter to horses, pikes comes to mind or maybe have a upkeep cost to mounted units. Like 0,25 per rider or something like that. 4 man unit would consume 1 upkeep per turn, this would make cavalery something rare and special.
