The biggest thing to remember when making a wallpaper is that it needs to function very well as a wallpaper. that is why text on it is usually bad. The signatures at the bottom are fine, but when there is a lot of text, it becomes hard to see/read the icons. So, even if a submission is really original and well done, it may still be rejected if it doesn't actually work well as a wallpaper.

Why do you think that MS hasn't made more sytles themselves? They don't want to support them. Why did they put security on the styles that they made? They didn't want a 3rd party to make more of them. WindowBlinds uses its own unique format, therefore it does not have to break MS security to function. And, if it doesn't work, you can uninstall it completely. With StylesXP you have to go back and replace a dll that has been compromised. MS does not support StyleXP. WindowB
I am guilty of forgetting to rate a skin then uploading it. The "broken' system which Pat is working on, would allow you to moderate a skin without a rating. It would go up as a "0". If the next person gave it a "6" it would show the rating as a 3. To get it to a "5", the second person would have to give it a "10", which I have gone in and done once in awhile when I realized that I forgot to rate it. It is a system problem. Of course, there is the possibility that somebody will go
