I mean incorporated within a city's walls.. doesn't seem to be always working when a structure is completed next to it. I was wondering if there's some special prerequisite for it to happen since to me it looks like happening completely in random and yes, I use this tactic usually to 'fill' choke points with city's walls, that way I can ensure no small enemy units will slip through and take over much needed sites

Since I always play on mountainous maps with lots of choke points I never felt that as a problem, maybe that's a solution for you also?
Anyone knows what are the prerequisites for an outpost to be part of a city? I haven't managed to notice any pattern as to when they get 'connected'. Sometimes I have outposts surrounded by a city and they never get to be a part of it

From what I've read in the modding forum, files with same names in mods folder have top priority over core files This doesn't happen with CoreImprovements however, since as long as the core file exists I get double modifiers in-game (eg. unrest -5%, unrest -5%) it seems that my modified file is ok (already checked for syntax) since renaming the core file game works fine and my modified entries show up in game normally I prefer not to mess with co
