Are you still looking for a savegame for the essence display bug? I uploaded this for a different problem (details on part-hidden city crash) but https://www.dropbox.com/s/46yratfr654pbg3/biet28.EleSav also shows this. New Serrane is shown as 5/4 enchantments in the city list and Harkleigh is shown as 4/3. I think it has to do with Set In Stone - if you dispel one of the enchantments on e.g. New Pari
