Ya.. I have no idea why it happens. I do have my own custom cheat mod such as allowing me to place any resource I want on map and + 100 every stats buff to champion. =D thou none of those would create world spawns. The thing is I even ctrl +k delete those stalkers but they would spawn back next turn. (and keep spawning.) It is random generated maps as well.

I turn off wildland as well. (I play game with 11 AIs) and I think faction bar is black. (Not sure if you mean the bar contain the npc name. ) It also says monster and Ruffians. The thing is there is no single stalker when the game first start. (I checked with ctrl + U.) than few hours in there are more and more stalkers. I wonder if it has anything to do with Ascian.
What cause the stalker to spawn in the game? I found my Map is filled with stalkers even I have turn off monster in game setting when I start the game. AI is also very strange. Instead station their army in the city, I found they would stock 15 to 17 armies on one spot near the capital. (one of reason why game is laggy few hours in.)
Since The AI will no longer warn the player against its allies is fixed, can AI offer player tribute even thou AI and player are on the same team be fixed? Ai always offer me 0 glidar even we start the map on same team. The tribute offer would expire 1 term later and Ai will attempt to offer tribute again few term later. (It is just annoying.)
IMO the broken loyalties spell from Kraxis racial betrayal need some change. I found it is ridicules AI was able to take over fully stationed city (include sovereign and champion.) that has low unrest. My game even bug out at that point due to some of stationed unit retake the city right away and prevent me to do anything later. I checked the xml file and found broken loyalties spell doesn't cost mana and only cost 1000 gold (which is nothing at later of game.) I th
IT must be Kraxis racial ability betrayal which allow AI to cast broken loyalties spell. I personal find broken loyalties spell is stupid when AI allow to cast it on fully stationed city that has low unrest. (Consider the ability cost is only 1000 gold which is nothing at end of game.)
I never have crash with this quest as well. It is going to be hard to pin down what cause the issue. You probably want to send dev your save file since some ppl don't have the issue and Dev may not able to recreate the issue.

I notice that there is no visual effect when dragon cast fire breath. Game is also unplayable after 5 hours mark as the game keep CTD. (9 players on huge map setting.)
Not sure if it is bug. However I notice that my sovereign /heroes/units still take damage when enemy cast spell even system message has showed resist. (Ok I cheated with cheat engine, however a dragon still crit my sovereign for 140 + damage with fire breath even my sovereign has 1000+ spell resist.)
I wish there is a action bar or sort with hotkey where you can put spell you want in it instead open spell book every time you want to cast a spell. it was annoying when i try to use lower land spell to remove a mountain.
