Why exactly do I need to get yet another program, from yet another company, to get support for the game I bought from this company? Seriously guys, my FE on steam keeps crashing within a turn or two of playing the game and it's too frustrating for me to want to follow all these steps and make new accounts elsewhere. Why can't I just post my problem here and get some sort of help or plug in?
