I play the scenario and get Gnarri hero in my group. He has the strength right from the start, but when he levels up he can choose the strength treat again. Seems not right.

When you start a new scenario, the city of Resoln has no yield. (currently a work around is to Raze the city and rebuild it on the square nearby, i would guess this is not the intended behavior)
