I cannot comment on Steam as I purchased mine through Stardock. I did install both games on my desktop & laptop. As the other poster mentioned...I'm sure you can't have both running @ the same time.

Hi All: I just wanted to mention...That I visited my parents last week in Florida & play several hours of FE on my Samsung budget laptop (AMD A6 @ 2.9GHZ with GPU 7520G) Not exactly a "high-end" set up! I did upgrade my OB RAM to 8GB, as the 7520G GPU uses shared memory. At 1366x768 with high settings it rocked! Never a real hiccup @ all! Just an FYI....I don't use a laptop @ home, as I build my own desktop every 24-30 months. Just wanted to pass this along that the gam

Simon: I live in Gloucester, MA. It's been 8-16 degrees for the past few days! I have a nice fire cranking @ the moment. Can't say I'll miss the weather when I'm gone. My parents live in Stuart, FL. so....I won't make it down to South Beach (2+ hours away) but I'll drink plenty of cocktails just the same! I really like FE! It's a soild game in the likes of Masters of Magic, though different. Be well!

Thanks guys! I appreciate it the replies. Ok...so it's a good to go then. Good news. Heading down to mom & dad's place in Florida for a week with the new laptop. I wonder just how much I'm going to hate Windows 8! I may buy an OEM Windows 7 from Newegg & install over the new HD.

Hi All: I purchased a copy of FE from Stardock.com last week. Really digging the game! I'm wondering if I can install another copy to a laptop I want to purchase tomorrow. Do I need to score another copy? Please don't think I'm a "scam artist" trying to get over on Stardock! That's not the case. The laptop I'm looking @ is fairly entry-level. Here is the link: http://laptoping.com/hp-pavilion-g6-2320dx.

Borg: Got it. Pioneers, Leather Spearmen. Too funny...You're so correct. Been PC gaming since 1993 & I hate starting on the Easy difficulty. Maybe I should to get myself further into the game. Many Thanks.

I played the tutorial & started my 1st game last night. Got killed on average AI, monsters etc. Looks like I really need to roll-up my sleeves & start reading the Newbie thread to understand the game better. It's simply a "massive" game. Reminds me somewhat of Masters of Magic (wonderful game that still holds up today) There is much to learn here & I hope I'm up to the challenge. Love turn-based games, but I usually play simpler games like Horeos of Might & Magic

Hi All: I D/L Fallen Enchatress from Stardock. I applied patch 1.12 & when I go to the download section on Stardocks website, all that is available is the 1.12 patch under update. Nothing else. What gives? Any insight? Wouldn't it have been nice if there was a auto-update within the game itself?
