I tested this on all the campaigns I had unlocked, and yes, it appears to be the case for all of them.

0 max pop on all planets for all campaigns in GalCiv III Support GalCiv3 Forums

I have tried every campaign so far since updating to the latest version, and on every one, the max population of every planet is 0. This results in the starting population slowing dwindling down to zero, and leaving the campaigns pretty much unplayable. In a normal game (Non campaign) everything appears as normal and functions correctly. Has anyone else encountered this bug?
