I tried all the audio quality options, still no effect. I don't think the problem is limited to audio/sound...it seems to only affect bink cinematics - it is apparent even when I play .bik files with RAD Video Tools :/ I can run Mass Effect 3 and Hitman: Absolution at max settings with no problems at all, even Fallen Enchantress and Torchlight II which I mentioned in my original comment. I purchased/downloaded the game from Steam. When I start up the game, the main menu appears fine however the 'water animation' around the centre choices 'new game, options, exit', etc is choppy and the sound stutters a lot, also producing a quite irritating metallic sound. This happens even with the dialogue in the tutorial section (did not start a campaign yet due to this very issue). Otherwise gameplay is fine and runs smoothly.
