Stardock ForumsThe Problem is solved by uninstalling the fences and re-installing the fences again :) thank you for your helping

Hello Everybody I have Issue with windows 8.1 Fences got buggy and i don't know why ??? Is it any fix for that bug the problem is the windows Explorer keep restarting and after loop message appear
