There appears to be manual entries (not well developped) for monsters and units, but I couldn't find any comprehensive list of the available buildings for construction and the tech tree. The in-game help is also... lacking on this point. I can't find (or maybe I'm plain dumb) exact research costs and production costs for the buildings. Units are well documented on the tooltips, but the rest... not so much.
