WindowBlinds,Icon Packager,ICQ Plus v3 in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Can any one Help ? WHen i use WindowBlinds and Aplly a Skin ... THen Restart my PC The Skin.. eg Start menu , All the things that WB had customized had returned 2 Back 2 how They where be4 - Defult! this also happens when i use Icon Packager not all the Icons stay!they return back 2 Windows Dufult Icons, THis also happens with ICQ plaus v3 Plz any1 Help , WIld,
