Gstorrow, try clicking on the Mana icon at the top of the screen. It should take you to the Ledger which lists all your current enchantments. To the right of each enchantment is a "Dispel" button which will cancel it.

How do you choose which tiles to settle on? I have just been looking for the tile with the highest total yields (grain + materials + essence). If there are several tiles with the same total, I tend to go for the tile with the greater materials, as the turns it takes to build and train seems to be my biggest bottleneck. (So I've been picking a 3/4/1 tile over a 4/2/2 tile.) I've noticed that when there is a large area of tiles with yields, that if I settle on a tile tow
Nobody's mentioned "Waltz with Bashir" and "Grave of Fireflies". I strongly recommend both if you like more serious animation (they're not comedies). I think "Persepolis" is also really good. But "Watership Down" will probably always be my favourite.

I thought the tutorial was very good. I don't like overly long tutorials. I want to learn the basics, and then start playing a real game. I do agree that some of the game concepts are not well explained. In particular, I didn't know what Influence and Prestige were, and why they mattered. Tuidjy 's newbie guide was really helpful (thanks Tuidjy & other
Hi, I bought the game on Steam recently and am enjoying it a lot. Is there a way to create new games with a random character/sovereign? (That was always my favourite way to play Civ IV - to not know which race and leader I was going to get until the game started.) I really appreciate that so many other variables can be set to "Random" - it makes it unpredictable and more exciting. [e digicons]:D[/e] If this isn't currently possible, could it
