Where are you guys seeing the "free" part? All I see is 20$ for existing FE owners.
Uhm, I still can't load my save. Only one doesn't seem to work, but all other saves (much older or from other playthroughs) do though. http://www.sendspace.pl/file/88baadce1c09bd84c7382f8 Amusingly enough, a save which was taken 6 hours earlier from the same Resoln playthrough worked, but not my most recent one.
Luckily the AI has quite the troubles with smaller groups of stronger armies, so having one Sovereign as the powerhouse, and optionally another hero with a dragon or two solves the problem. Also, there's no multi, and the AI doesn't seem to care about disabling your source of deathly powers.
Resoln looks to me more like mid to late game nukers that units needing dodge. With 10 Death Shards and sovereign specced for spell damage/mastery and generally death magic, Dirge of Ceresa can wipe out normal mobs in one to two hits, touch of entropy insta-kill anything for over 300 damage and the summonings from death shrines are awesome free scouts with 3 moves. The only thing that could pose any problems are units with magic immunity.
