Even with the latest patch (1.32) the caravans are still not immune from attacks from any source. Both monsters and AI units can attack your caravans when you pick this trait.

It's all the dragons not just the Fell.
I vote 1.
Yes, we really need a wiki.
Quoting Tuidjy, reply 31By the way, I am sure there's very nice improvements at level 5 for towns and conclaves. I just have not had them for a while, and do not want to give obsolete info. Towns: Guild Lendinghouse - +2,000 Gildar (one-time 'donation') Guild Tribunal - +2 Production per Material in all cities Mint Of Ruvenna - +5 Gildar per Material Conclaves: He
Today in my current game some wondering mobs attacked one of the new cities I built after takign out one of the AI. I played the battle out manually and was pleasantly surprised when my 2 militia units actually managed to kill on of the enemies fairly quickly. Then in the second round one of the enemies dodged and I was again surprised when my unit hit them with a back-swing. So I zoomed in and noticed they were wielding fire axes. Those two managed to kill all 4 attackers and saved the city.
When you launch the game hit ctrl-tab and you should see a control panel in the upper left. Click on Achievements in that panel to view them. If, like me, you have the steam overlay also set to ctrl-tab, the first time will likely have both up at once and be unable to interact with either. In which case, hitting ctrl-tab a 2nd time closes the steam overlay and you can interact with the game's control panel. Hit ctrl-tab a 3rd time to close the control panel and reopen the steam ov
Yes this is most definitely needed.
My entry: RACE: Men blood, scouts, heroic, wanderlust, vulnerable to magic LEADER: Beastlord, air, water, brilliant, attuned, wealthy, clumsy, sword
For my first ridiculous/ridiculous attempt I went with a modified version of this. I took enchanters instead of scouts so I could build scrying pools. My sovereign took life instead of air, with the idea of buying air, earth and fire books from my neighbor.</p
I have to disagree with pretty much everyone who recommends that the fortress is built in the place with the most materials. The fortress should be the city with the most essence. The fortress bonuses do not become significant until later in the game. Until you have researched the techs allowing you to build and improve the forge and the training yard, the fortress troops are not that great - level 2 is trivial to achieve. <br

You only need to turn on the "Manual Improvement Placement" setting.
I was surprised there wasn't one already.
