The reply ticket said I installed Start8 on multiple machines. That is false. I have 3 images, one Windows 7, one Windows 8 and another image for Windows 8.1 that I regularly restore to the SAME hardware - I test client software on these 3 OSes on my PC. I never installed Start8 on different hardware, your algorithm must be generating different hashes for 7, 8 and 8.1...

Ticket #YFT-107-64887 Is anyone looking at the tickets at all? Why do we have to post on the forums to have the activations reset?
