Did you download the right version of BMB, the one that says it is compatible? It seems like it should work to me. Also if you like this check out my compilation called Blood & Mana. It includes this and a ton of other cool stuff.
That was my first thought, too, so I redownloaded the mods and started a new game, and it still wasn't working... but I guess I'm so stupid that I somehow managed to screw

I wanted to give this mod a go and combine it with the Black Market Bazaar mod but it doesn't seem like I can use the armor or weapons from black market bazaar with Hashaini or Hundura sovs. I can use the items and accesories I believe. I know that this mod doesn't seem to be up to date, but can anyone point me in the right direction as to what to do to the xml files to make them play nice? It seems like maybe the AddMunArt.xml and AddHashArt.xml might need to be cha
@ ReturnOfTheZack Might I suggest trying this Mod Fix. https://forums.elementalgame.com/450208/page/1/ It will prevent these particular titans from leaving their wildland and thus the wildlands will convert back. (It does not lock them down to one tile)
Thanks a lot, I'll give it a go. I would think that something like that should be implemented in the update for ev
Derek, Any chance of getting this long standing bug addressed: Vetrar (and other wildlands bosses) leaving their territories, then when/(if) you kill them their lands stay wildlands instead of turning fertile Here are a few reports of it going back to patch .915: https://forums.elementalgame.com/448233/page/1/ https://forums.elementalgame.com/448454/page/2/#3410006 https://forums
I feel like it is unrest-per-city itself that is just inherently not fun. I think game makers themselves kind of knew this when they tried to move away from it and focus more on growth-hits with games like Fallen Enchantress. But for me, I also think early game ICS, is also inherently not fun. There's really nothing that make it impossible to handle both problems at the same time. I've seen good, relatively simple to implement ideas posted on these very boards, and I've
Final 26 hours. It would take a ridiculous event for the kickstarter to be successful, but it matters not! Whether this kickstarter gets funded or not, you know there will be a conversation with your future-grandson Billy someday, when he asks: "Grandpa/ma, what Shadow of The Eternals tier did you pledge for back in 2013?" And then you'll have to look Billy in the eyes, and say, "I
"A psychological horror game, Shadow of the Eternals is the spiritual successor to Eternal Darkness: Sanity’s Requiem , being developed by the original creators of the popular and critically acclaimed classic. Featuring an eclectic cast of heroes and villains, Shadow of the Eternals will span thousands of years of history. Players’ perception of reality will be shattered as they try to balance the mechanics of combat, magick, and explora
the lore was been improved since the first Elemental was released, the basis was just too bland to really building anything interesting with. It is time to start from scratch.
I would generally say that I'm another vote for new "lore/world" from scratch, or largely from scratch. I'm not sure it's the kind of thing that holds back a game like this for most people, but it sort of doe
In all honesty, I think that Warriors make better archers than Assassins do, despite the bonus abilities Assassins have for archery. Not that Assassins are really any better as melee combatants, though.
Yeah, I actually haven't played that many hours of LE yet, but that's been my experience so far, too.
go with the fallen stuff
I doubt this is what you meant by that, but it got me thinking that starting each title with "Fallen" in the same way as the "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" books all start with "The Girl", might be a catchy idea. Titles like: Elemental: Fallen Kingdom Elemental: Fallen Virtue Elemental: Fallen Continent Elemental: Fall
In the upcoming expansion, the "Faction prestige" thing is going away. Instead, city growth will depend entirely on available food and unrest. The more cities you have, the more unrest you get.
[e digicons]:(O[/e] The main problem with the game is, I think pretty obviously, the city spam balance. But playing a game with a corruption modifier for the number of cities... just isn
My first time setting up my first game I looked for an option to have the difficulty raise at set intervals, but couldn't find one. [e digicons]:([/e] Fall From Heaven 2 had an option like that, but it increased the difficulty every 50 turns all the way to the highest difficulty, which is pretty extreme unless you're either starting on one of the top difficulty settings already, or unless your goal is to dominate as super-fast as possible while you can. I
Yeah I agree about unrestrained expansion being a big problem, and in fact I would say it seems to me to be by far the main problem of the game in its current form. And the problems spread even further than you mention. At least playing on challenging/challenging, I can say that in every game in which I've expanded as fast as I can, and completely ignored my defense , the AI has taken this as a sign of strength, and then PAID ME to go into n
For me, the best thing about Fallen Enchantress is that it inspired me to play Fallen Enchantress again, after having just played it. I know this makes some of you mad but Stardock needs to see the comparison brought up between Fallen Enchantress and the other gazillion games I have on my to-play list that I'm ignoring because I keep draining dozens of hours into FE, because obviously it hasn&#
I had a lot of fun making a super-archer in one of my last games by going the Assasin path, then dumping a dozen Destiny's Gift spells on the archer, which 2/3 of the time stengthens the initiative and attack of the archer, which are usually kind of the two big weak points of using bows. She had loads of crit, and cut through Juggs like a hot knife through butter. Of course, that only works if you have loads of mana building up and aren't really using magic much, but i
Ya I have to make an effort to not read it as porcupine. In fact, my brain actually tends to read it as Princess Porcupine, even though it clearly says Queen. I guess my brain just likes to be ridiculous.
I'm with the people that like the insta-roads. It seems to me that this game got roads just right. They insta-build, but you have to deal with the path they give you, and you can build them yourself, quite quickly, but you have to plan ahead by picking the right champ path or faction. You can build or insta-build roads across the land, but the AI gets to use them too, and if you've been ignoring the civ tech tree, you need to go back and get the trading
I'm 34. It looks like the 30's faction is the strongest and I think would win if war broke out between us! I'm a total SD newb, bought FE because I'm a big Fall From Heaven 2 fan. Never played AD&D. My first TBS was when I rented Civ I for the Super Nintendo when I was probably about 14.
Hi ReturnOfTheZack, Your post does make some sense. I don't see a problem with pioneer spam. I may be one of the few who do not choose to spam pioneers, but instead work towards high production buildings. My first city I tend to build a pioneer out of the shoot, because I know by turn 11 I'll have a pioneer and see a new spot to settle. But if I build my first city next to a forest, I build a lumbermill since my first pi
Howdy, This is my first post on here. FE is also my first Stardock purchase, which I felt almost obligated to buy after dumping hundreds of fun-filled hours into Fall from Heaven 2, free of charge. Having a lot of fun so far. Keeping in mind that I only have like 10-15 hours of experience with this game so far, and am therefore talking out of my butt, I do have some thoughts: I think I actually really like the amount of land you can settl
