I was getting this bug last week as well, but I haven't been able to replicate it after half a dozen save/restart/reloads, maybe this was fixed in today's beta patch? Can anyone confirm if the secondary clothes color on custom is still occasionally reverting to gray in any of their games? It was really annoying.
