Ophidian has Magic Immunity trait but also immune to special abilities (stun, etc.). I though it was corrected by some earlier patch but it still exist in 1.0.

In scenario, after Relias falls in combat he still got full XP in the end if combat is won. I assume it's because hero stack cannot be separated in scenario, and sovereign never actually dies in this game. Not sure if it is intended behaviour or not.
Steps to reproduce: 1. Load quicksave from here - http://sdrv.ms/T9UvaE . 2. Step to the temple, kill dragon, wait while new map is starting. 3. Immediately load quicksave again. 4. Profit... I mean, now every champion in the army has the clone.
Level 7 champion has Path of Mage and Evoker II traits (+100% spell damage, as I understand). Spell description and tooltip in combat says that spell does 70 damage, but only 35 damage (5 per level = base spell damage) is actually inflicted.
I also noted that starting tactical combat, doing some turns and then press "auto" button sometimes produces weird results. While playing scenario in 1.0, once I press "auto" with two champions dead but not only impossible combat was won - in the end of combat one of dead champions became alive and got XP instead of wound. [e digicons]o_O[/e] Sadly, I didn't look into log. I'll see if I can to reproduce it again...
Well, Steam integrity check did the trick - it said that all is well, didn't download anything, but after starting game Steam run some installer. After that, scenario starts fine.
Run game, Scenario -> Fallen Enchantress. Game plays intro, displays map and immediately crashes. Tried two times, both with same result. Game was installed through Steam in 0.981 beta and updating through Steam since then. 1. Game still becomes unplayable after 4-5 save/loads. 2. Drain Life doesn't seems to be affected by + spell damage effects, but spell's description says nothing about it. 3. I also have 1, 1a and 2 issues. I had CTDs in .980-.981, in later versions game become VERY slow (0.2-0.1 FPS or so), so I just press Alt+F4 to restart it. Usually I had graphics bugs like disappeared water in 2-3 save/load and unplayable game in 4-5 save/loads (or starting new game). Also I had CTDs if I run game, Alt-Tab from it and leave it running in background for 2-3 hours.
For me, there are two really major area of issues. 1. Bugs which force me to restart game - world elements (water, chests, lairs, even places where I can settle new city) disappearance from map after save/load or long gameplay, extremely low performance after 3-4 save/loads or long gameplay, disappearance of action bar in combat (sadly, can't describe exact steps to reproduce). 2. As I can see in my games, any resource cost in diplomacy depends on how badly AI needs it. Prices can vary from very high values to zero.

Well, I'm playing beta about a week and game in it's current state seems definitely not ready for release. Tons of bugs, including major ones like CTD's, disappering graphics and UI elements, memory leaks making game unplayable in extended sessions or after just 3-4 save/loads, monsters completely ignoring AI factions, and so on.
