So for steam users we do not need to do an uninstall?
For steam users do we do a full uninstall prior to downloading the new game? By the way love the game haven't had this much fun in a game in years.
I have been putting off playing until the new patch so when can we expect it?
If you get an eyepatch go for the gold and ask for a hook too and a pirate flag.
Thank you for the answers--does not seem like that weakness is all that bad.
I have one more question if you guys do not mind--actually i have about 50 unanswered questions but that will be for another time--Does the Cruel weakness mean a bonus of 1 to attack to you or a bonus for whatever mob you are facing and does the +5% unrest remain or can we work it down with techs?
Heck most of the new games put out are crap and have pushed me too the point i no longer buy new games and now you want to charge for mods? Mods are put out by people who love the game they are modding and want to build on it and if you want me too pay it better be damn good or your whole mod for cash scheme will go down in flames with the first few mods put out by greedy developers who spoil it by going for the quick cash.
Ok i get it now--they would be in the create new troops --lol i couldn't figure out where the things i was researching were being used--thanks for info.
Not to sound like an idiot but how do i make magical armor or are you talking loot drops? Still new to this so i am still learning all the in's and out's of the game.
I am building a new kingdom so far i have Enchanter and Binding but really like the 25% to dodge and 25% to accuracy so i am going to take the weakness no armor. My question is how much of a bonus does chain and plate give and does lucky override any defensive bonus i am losing? Plus look at all the time and money i save by not having the higher armor and since this is a magic based kingdom i figured it leather would be enough--or would it end game?
I do not know if this is possible i do not do any modding but how about just make taking over a city trigger three tactical battles. First battle for the walls second battle for the courtyard third for the keep that must be run right in a row and if you do not make it through any part of the 3 you fail at taking the city. The defending city would only have the troops in the first two battles that you research through a tech items but the last battle would be with any troops that the
I have only been playing for a few days but i have to tell you this game is better in beta than 99.9% of the games i buy in retail usually for a higher price. I am tired of being fleeced by big developers who put out shoddy games and basically tell you to take a flying leap when everyone realizes the game is a stinking pile of dog do do wrapped up in a big name franchise. You have a winner here--have fun with it and continue taking care of your customers like you are now and your company can
Ok i see your point but as a fanatical builder it does irk me to know that the game is being cheap in the starting spots but what about the maps that i encountered today other than the 421--the ones with literally nothing on it--zero zip nada--now if i was new to the game it would irk me that the game plopped me into nowhere and i cant build anything and had to go back to the main menu to restart a map. My suggestion to the devs is i can see why you toned down the
No argument from me but you might get some arguments from new players when they try to build and building is sooooo slow because they do not have the right resources for the towns they are building or what about the maps with nothing on them just dropped off in the middle of nowhere--you are probably a pro at this and know how to deal with it but do you think someone just buying the game at release is going to hang around when building is slow as molasses and they are getting crushed by mobs
After starting a new game after the patch it seems that either i am super unlucky or the random generator hates me. After trying to find a decent map and literally getting 421 or just 33 or 42 or in some cases just empty areas devoid of anything i figured i would come on and ask if this is the way it is going to be or is this just something wrong in the patch? Also in all the times i did it sometimes their would be no crystals or no anything in the low patches. &nb
I am new to the beta 2 days (Very fun so far) and am a little mystified on when to build the different types of towns. Last night i started and after a few Ctrl n's i got a map with a 4-3-3 with a crystal, iron and a life object i started it as a town was i right in doing so and to expand on that question what stats would i look for for a research town and what stats for a fortress? Sorry if this has been asked but i could not find anything on it and i am hesitant t
I use avast and Microsoft security essentials and never have a problem. Norton has come installed on almost every computer i have ever bought but it seems to slow the computer down and false flags way too much--that is just my perception of norton i am sure others think it is the best thing since sliced bread but i just consider it a system hog.
Sorry if this has been brought up many times before but i just joined the beta yesterday and have been searching the site and the forums for any type of manual with no success. I realize most of you are old hands at this game already but for us new people you definitively get to the head scratching moment sooner rather than later with this game. Any help is greatly appreciated.
