Well joasoze you should not write off Tarth purely because the 3 and and less ability is almost useless. Their ability to settle towns is far ahead of anyone else and their ram longbows are amazing. and yes I am not even sure if my idea will be effective, but hey if it is then it opens up a very unique playstyle I think. I guess it would be useful to hear the vision and logic behind this ability. Is my idea on the right path or was it purely

I really like the Tarth race and I like the idea behind their hit and run (guerrilla tactics) ability, but have never been able to think of a way to use it. So I came up with this and I am going to try it tonight; set up two high initiative and damage units led by a spellcaster. Hit an army, do as much damage as possible and cast the escape spell. I think this would work better if we had a henchmen/sion type unit available for Tarth to lead such guerrilla

I can gladly revise this after restarting a new game on the newest build. The computer Ai now really does upgrade to the best stuff and had some decent units to fight my higher end units. so Expert it still is for me :D The take control of your outposts thing is still there though. guess I must post a bug report.

I am a bit frustrated right now since Expert is just too easy for me. Even if I don't attack anyone and wait for late game. My knigths or whatever higher end units just steamroller the computer. I have been doing a Ridiculous world ai and Expert computer mix which is better but still same end result. Now the next level Ridiculous for computer ai is truly ridiculous (so I guess kudos for that) but now what ai should I now play? Just some notes

I can do you one better, I had a female Urxen sovereign with 10 evades. Her dodge was over 100. Nothing ever hit her. I actually defeated her with that fire shield doing damage to her everytime she hit my Gladiator dude. I am sure its a bug, but the fight turned out being a challenge.

I can't start a new game anymore. As soon as I choose a sovereign and next it crashes. I could load previous save games and start a tutorial just fine.
