It would be awesome if we could get a Unit Designer in the workshop, so we could design units for the A.I. to use as our opponents, as it is now you actually have to play as that race and get to the proper tech level to design the units, this would be a welcome addition that would really add a sense of life the opponents
[e digicons]k1[/e]

Just sprinkle more Golem and Juggernaut type units around the different races and/or factions. Adding more race/faction specific unit traits would go a long way as well.

It would be nice to have an option on the main menu called something like library that can be click on to access these great manuals.
Reduce Unit Traits To 2 Remove or Reduce Weapon Initiative Penalties Add More Racial Unit Traits
These are 3 very good ideas^.
The amount of traits you can give trained units should be reduced to 2. Right now with 3 you can simply design units that are good at everything and have no weaknesses. If I want to design some archers for instance then I can add quick, precision, and fury for instance. There is no
I hope we do get MP some day just so I can kick Brad's arse. [e digicons]:P[/e] Until then, I will be pretending that every one of the AI's that my meat brain stomps is actually him.

Just found these in the bottom of the FlavorText file, and even though they will all eventually grace the loading screen, I thought new players might find just reading through the list to be pretty helpful. Be careful when raising your tax rate, as it increases the Unrest in your cities. Unrest reduces the amount of production and research your cities generate. Be mindful o

Astounding QA Tuidjy. I've been suspicious of FOW issues for a while too.
[e digicons]5*[/e] These are great videos! I highly recommend them to not just those looking for a game demonstration, but also anyone who would like to gain some insight, tips and strategies from an experienced player. Thanks Das, these are coming in very handy as I promote the game.
Frog - I've noticed that one of the most significant drops in FPS on the animated strategic map actually occurs while the MainUI_Bottom_Container is up in the bottom left corner of the screen, as something is selected. I'm guessing this is due to the window's transparency.
I wouldn't complain in the least if these ideas were implemented some day.
They come in handy for the Steal Spirit spell.
It changes the essence of the game entirely when sovereigns are the only beings of power in the world. Not only do they feel more important, but troops become much more useful as well. It also makes the unique play style of each faction really stand out. Meeting another sov in battle feels epic, and getting one to surrender is truly a feat.
The AI does train different units situationally though, attempting counter strategies.
Sounds like you may need to increase the number of upgrade options available at level up on line 249 in ElementalDefs?

I honestly can't play the new King's Bounty games because of the overly childish art style, so hopefully they don't continue this trend.
Perhaps add a bunch of cheap/free weapons to the base shop so you can acquire one right away?
Have you tried copying and editing the faction weaknesses No Armor and No Ranged Weapons?
@Shogun: Don't forget FF Tactics.
